DeCarlo Mobile Detailing strives to provide high-quality detailing services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following situations:

If the service was not provided as agreed upon.

If significant damage was caused by our negligence during the detailing process.
Resolution Process
If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion to discuss your concerns. We will make every effort to address and resolve the issue.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
