Cancellation Policy

1. Service Area & Availability We are a mobile detailing service operating in San Diego County. For locations outside of San Diego County, a travel surcharge will apply based on distance. This fee will be discussed before booking. Customers must provide access to a power source within 100 feet and a water source within 50 feet of the vehicle. We reserve the right to decline service due to location, weather, or other factors. 2. Booking & Payments Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, call, text, or social media. Payment is due immediately upon completion via Cash, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Apple Pay (no website payments). Prices may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and add-ons. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $25 cancellation fee before rescheduling. We may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. 4. Customer Responsibilities Vehicles must be easily accessible, parked in a safe location, and unlocked at the time of service. We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Excessively dirty vehicles (mud, pet hair, stains, biohazards) may incur extra charges. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee Customers must inspect the vehicle upon completion. Any concerns must be addressed before we leave. No refunds, but we will work to resolve any issues. 6. Liability & Damage Disclaimer We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, paint defects, loose trim, etc.). We are not liable for damages resulting from detailing on older or poorly maintained vehicles. Any claims must be made within 24 hours with photo evidence. 7. Pricing & Policy Changes Prices are subject to change based on vehicle condition and requested services. We reserve the right to update policies and pricing at any time.
